Trust, Communication, and Willingness to help your customer goes along way. I personally do not like dealerships or mechanics in general. I trust Guthrie's Auto and they have helped me on more than one occasion in ways other mechanics or Auto Shops would not have. They got my car back to me when they promised. Their rates are very very affordable. I am really impressed with the fact that the parts and labor are covered for 36 months, 36000 miles. And coverage is NATIONWIDE. You can tell a lot of how a shop is ran by the appearance of the customer service area and if the bay doors are open, the appearance of the shop area. Both were well organized and clean. Parking lot as well. You can pay your bill online and pickup your car after hours. Vehicle drop-off is also available after hours.
