Had a blinking check engine light come on. Turned out to be some bad spark plug/catalytic converter codes. Guys at the shop diagnosed the situation, and walked me through several scenarios that varied in cost/time. And we were able to come to an agreement. And they got me up and running quickly. Communication through process was great, didn’t matter who answered the phone. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Wished I wasn’t traveling through, and this place could be a local shop in my neighborhood. Highly recommend. Great people!

Fast and friendly service. Diagnosed and completed repairs accurately and quickly. Staff was pleasant and explained entire process during each step. Been a few years since I paid for auto service so I felt prices were a surprise but we'll with in the scale of today's market. Meaning fair. Will definitely use them for future automotive repairs.

Deserves 5+star rating. Tested electrical system before and after installation of battery. We thought windshield washer reservoir and jattached housing was cracked, but the technician checked it out and it was not damaged. It is a 26 year old car and Guthrie's could have insisted on replacing all and definitely could've made more money in parts, but more importantly the labor costs would've been huge. The called is before doing any work. Erin. The front end manager, made a very positive, professional impression which gave us the confidence to begin our repairs. We are very delighted with the whole process and the outcome!
