I made an appointment online. Got a confirmation on a timely basis. They diagnosed my problem and promptly gave me a call to discuss a plan with me. After giving them the ok for repairs, all repairs were made within a couple of days. Picked up my car and everything was fixed as promised. Terry also brought me home the morning I dropped off my vehicle. Very satisfied with Guthries service.
