Had some maintenance work done on my pickup truck at Guthrie’s recently. It was my first time using their service. Mike, the service manager, was very knowledgeable in explaining to me what my truck would go through concerning the work I needed done. We made a plan on the work needed, then Erin, the receptionist, helped set everything up, including a free car rental so I wouldn’t be without transportation while my truck was being worked on, a very nice plus. After my truck was finished I went to pick it up and was pleased to find that it had been washed. Another nice plus. A short while later, the owner, Terry, sent me a text inquiring if I had any issues with my truck. To date there are none. To me this shows a genuine concern for there customers. My overall experience with Guthrie’s has been a good one and will definitely consider their auto repair services in the future if needed. Kudos to Guthrie’s! 😊
