We were from out of town and our car broke down late on a Friday afternoon. Terry the owner fixed our busted coolant hose and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours for a fair price. He did not take advantage of a situation where we had no other choice. I have later heard from other friends in the area that Terry does great work. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Guthrie's is a great locally owned shop that has kept 4 older vehicles running for me over 7 years. They warranty their work and conduct business in a way to preserve their reputation. I'm sure there are other good shops in town, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I thoroughly enjoy doing business with the entire family. In fact, they feel like family and carry on conversations with me while I’m there. You definitely get a home town feel and the prices are reasonable

I recently took my Lexus in with an electronic problem. They properly diagnosed, got the right part and solved my problem. Very professional !! I will continue to use them!

Took my car in at 8am and they looked it over and fixed it by 5pm same day! Prices were reasonable. Everyone there was very nice and they explained the issues cleary. Would recommend.

Honest people with fair pricing!

I called and scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday for a that Friday. I had never been in before as I haven’t lived in Cullman long. The guy at the front took my info and they had my car in within a few minutes. I was expecting to leave it there for the day and had a friend on their way to pick me up. My car was ready before they got there. (A/C leak). Two days later I get a text from the manager following up to make sure I was satisfied and to make sure the A/C was working properly. That alone will have me going back when I need service again.

They were very helpful and courteous.
