Guthrie's Auto always does a great job

The guys did a great job again on my car. It did take a while before they got started on it, due to having multiple vehicles ahead of it, but that, to me, means they are doing a great job on all vehicles. It lets me know it's a very good place to bring my vehicles for service because so many people trust them to do a good job, and so do I.

Shout out to these wonderful people!! My car broke down 150 miles from our home in Tennessee, we had it hauled to them and Jared looked at it and called me this morning with the bad news, the motor had seized up. We are having it hauled back to Lebanon, Tennessee and when I asked what I owed for him checking it out, he told me not a dime! He could have charged me and I would have been none the wiser! Thank you Jared for being so nice to me and my family! I so appreciate you guys!

I have a 2012 S 60 Volvo. I heard a squeal when turning on the air conditioner compressor and I thought it was a belt. Called Guthries to schedule an appointment to have it checked. Upon checking the issue they said it was the belt that drives the air conditioning compressor. I also asked them to check the level of Freon in the system. They checked it all replaced the belt and topped off the Freon and the compressor system and found a small leak in the air conditioning system. I asked them what the cost would be to fix the belt and put Freon in and they gave me a price which was spot on. They also gave me a price to fix the small leak under the dash. I did not fix the leak under the dash because they wouldve had to pull the dash all apart. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and I noticed a big difference and now the car operates and did not hear any squeal of any belts. They also used a $30 coupon on their website to help me with the cost. I truly appreciated their service, their kindness, and our willingness to help. I would recommend Guthries to anyone and I will be bringing my car back there when and if it needs work.
